Order Cancellations:
An Order Cancellation can be requested only if the products are not shipped from the point of shipment (after placing the order). Please send us an email on
parampara.corr@gmail.com. We will issue refund for orders that are successfully canceled.
Requesting Return:
You can place a return request if:
- The product you received is found damaged upon opening the package. You are advised to make a videography of the unpacking of the product.
- The product you received is not what you have ordered for.
- The product you received is different from the image.
Exchanging a product:
Before you exchange a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in rural India, resulting in unique products that are slightly different from each other.
How do I Return/Exchange a product?
- Email us at parampara.corr@gmail.com with videographs of the product within 24 hours of receiving it.
- After an investigation by our customer care team, arrangements will be made to replace the faulty product.

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
What are the conditions for returning items?
- You can return your items within 3 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- In the original packaging
- For clothing, it should be unwashed and unworn
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return in cases of – wrong items and items delivered damaged or broken and confirmed in front of the delivery partner
- In case of returns due to any reason other than in (a), you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
